At Grupo La Plana we have developed our own strategic sustainability management model, which is built on a mixture of different international methodologies of renowned prestige for their high standards.
Our models
Economy for the Common Good
We belong to the Economy for the Common Good movement since 2015, due to which we prepare and publish our ECG balance sheets on a quarterly basis. Integrating ECG in our model allows us to guarantee sustainable development ideologically aligned with our foundational values.
Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)
At Grupo La Plana we analyse the impacts of our value chain with the aim of identifying the SDGs and targets to which we can contribute effectively. To this end, we have adopted 6 SDGs and 11 objectives that will allow us to orient our actions consistently with the global sustainable development strategy.
ESG Risks
Our environmental, social and governance (ESG) risk management and control system allows us to establish actions for mitigating or eliminating the ESG risks to which we are exposed, through the application of due diligence.
Materiality Study
Following the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), we maintain a systematic and structured dialogue with our stakeholders. Through our materiality studies we encourage the participation of our stakeholders in our strategy and annual report.
