Carton Packaging generates Less CO2 Emissions than Plastic

In a study carried out by Pro Cartón, in which 7000 consumers from seven European countries were interviewed, interesting conclusions were obtained:
52% of Europeans believe that cardboard packaging is the most respectful and sustainable form of packaging. That they are made of natural and renewable materials is considered one of its most important characteristics.

 

75% admit that the environmental impact of the containers and packaging of the products affects their purchasing decisions and 77% would be willing to pay more for more sustainable packages and packaging.

 

91% would buy in a store that proactively encouraged its suppliers to use cardboard packaging.

 

90% of consumers want the labeling report on the sustainability of packaging.
