La Plana Group makes its Ethical Channel available to its customers. External Business Partners

As of today, 5 June, La Plana Group is making its Ethics Channel available to its customers, suppliers and other interested parties, in accordance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption.

Development of the La Plana Group’s Ethics Channel began in March 2022 as part of the group’s firm commitment to the principles of action set out in its Code of Ethics, contributing to the application of its culture and values in the practices of each group company.

This channel, which is confidential and anonymous, is regulated by the group’s internal regulations in this area and includes various rights and guarantees for all users, who may not be subject to reprisals or punitive measures for the communications they make in good faith through it.
